When I was eight I came home from school one day and proclaimed that I was to be a vegetarian. This caused confusion amongst my Greek family, and still does! (The My Big Fat Greek Wedding cliché is true).
Having traditionally struggled at this time of year with the onset of shorter, darker, and colder days, establishing healthier habits to counter the negative physical and emotional effects that would rear their head like clockwork, has helped me manage the affects of seasonal changes with greater ease.
The most consistent piece of feedback I've received, or rather the question I kept being asked when I was out and about at markets and pop-ups introducing my product range, was about facial products.
