We aim to dispatch your items within two working days of your order being placed. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. If you have not had delivery of your order within the stated time, please email [email protected] as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Great pride and care is put into each batch so we are confident that you won't have any concerns but if for whatever reason you do, please send an email to [email protected] quoting the product batch number.

Please note, as with all natural products, there may be variations in colour and scent from batch to batch.

If you simply want to exchange a product for another, the item you are returning for exchange must be in a re-sellable condition, unused and unopened. 

We are able to offer you an exchange within ten working days of receipt. When posting items back to us, you are responsible for postage costs. We will keep you informed upon receiving your return and when a replacement is issued.
